Returns & Refund Policy

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we only allow returns for items that were received within 5 business days of purchasing.

We understand this may seem like an inconvenient time frame but trust us – it’s worth the effort!

  • Our return policy lasts 5 business days. If 5 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. In case you want to make a return, please contact us at orders@yoyo.guidemefashion.com and we will provide you with the return address.

You can request a refund or reshipment for any of the following reasons:

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (15 business days not including 5 business days processing).
  • If you received the wrong item.
  • If you received a faulty or broken item.

We can not offer refunds if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Damascus Steel Store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Damascus Steel Store.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-5 business days.

Refunds Policy (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@yoyo.guidemefashion.com and we will provide you with the return address.

Shipping

To return your product, you should e-mail us at orders@yoyo.guidemefashion.com and we will provide you with the return address. 

Additional Information

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
