Silver Stag Damascus Point Swoop Crown
In the Damascus steel process, multiple layers of high carbon steel are welded into a solid block (Silver Stag contains both high carbon steels 1095 & 15N20). Several layers are welded together by folding and re-welding (150 to 300 layers in Silver Stag Damascus). Forge welding creates patterns by manipulating the steel (Silver Stag has a random and twist pattern). After grinding, polishing, and sharpening, the profiled blades are fashioned from the layered steel billet. Blade flexibility and toughness can be achieved by combining hard and soft steel, creating invisible serrations on the edge. Damascus blades from SILVER STAG are the best flesh-cutting blades on the market. These products are available in elk, deer, and moose antlers. Including an upgraded, handmade sheath made of laced leather.
